Zinder Region is one of the seven regions of Niger. The regional capital is Zinder.
As of the 2012 census, 3,539,764 people lived there. It has an area of 145,430 km2 (56,150 sq mi).
Departments
There are five departments:
- Goure Department
- Magaria Department
- Matameye Department
- Mirriah Department
- Tanout Department
