Złoty Stok [zuoty stok] (v preklade „zlatý svah“), česky Rychleby, nemecky Reichenstein [rajchnštajn] (v preklade „bohatý kameň“) je mesto v poľskom Dolnosliezskom vojvodstve (okres Ząbkowice Śląskie), východne od Kladska; cez hranicu susedí s českou obcou Bílá Voda. Leží v nadmorskej výške 348 m. Od českého názvu Rychleby nesú svoje pomenovanie Rychlebské hory (poľsky Góry Złote), ktoré sa zdvíhajú na juh od mesta.

Cez Złoty Stok vedie cesta spojujúca Nysu a Kłodzko; železnica bola zrušená.
Mesto patrilo sliezským Piastovcom, od roku 1392 náležalo Korune českej, od roku 1742 Prusku. Od roku 1945 je súčasťou Poľska. V minulosti sa tu ťažilo zlato; dávne spôsoby ťažby približuje miestne múzeum. Nachádza sa tu taktiež katolícky a evanjelický kostol.
