Joseph Henry Delaney, född 25 juli 1945 i Preston, Lancashire, död 16 augusti 2022 i Manchester,^[3] var en brittisk författare som är mest känd för fantasyserien Väktarserien. Hittills omfattar serien åtta delar på svenska.
