Laktos (iha lia-portugés: Lactos) suku ida iha Timór Lorosa'e. Suku ne'e iha postu administrativu Fohorén (munisípiu Kovalima). Iha tinan 2015 total populasaun hamutuk 1685.[2] Área 14,14 km².[1]
