Yaşamı ve kariyeri
Todd, 11 Temmuz 1946'da Chicago'da doğdu.[3] 1968'den itibaren[4] Broadway prodüksiyonu; Deep Are the Roots ve Londra'da sahnelenen No Strings ve Blues for Mr. Charlie gibi tiyatro eserleriyle oyunculuğa adım attı.[5] Yer aldığı yapımlar arasında; Brother John (1971), Moving (1988), Lean on Me (1989) ve The Bucket List (2007) sayılabilir.[5][5]
Özel yaşamı
Kris Keiser ile evlilik yaşamış tek çocuğu olan Malik Smith, 20 Mart 1989 tarihinde 18 yaşlarında cinayete kurban gitmiştir.[6][7]
