Gena Rowlands

Gena Rowlands (19 Haziran 1930; Madison, Wisconsin - 14 Ağustos 2024^[1]), Amerikalı oyuncu.^[2][3][4] Altın Küre ve Emmy Ödülü sahibidir.^[5] Oyuncu Robert Lansing ile beraber rol aldıkları The 87th Precinct filminde başarılı bir performans sergiledi.^[6][7] 1980 yapımı Gloria filminde aynı isimli karakteri canlandıran sanatçı ünlü yönetmen ve oyuncu John Cassavetes ile onun 1989'da ölümüne kadar evli kalmışlardır.^[8] İki evliliğinden üç çocuk sahibi olan Rowlands, 14 Ağustos 2024'te Indian Wells, Kaliforniya'daki aile evinde Alzheimer hastalığına bağlı nedenlerden 94 yaşında ölmüştür.^[9][10]
