George H. Hitchings

George Herbert Hitchings (18 Nisan 1905 - 27 Şubat 1998) Amerikalı hekim. 1988 yılında Nobel Fizyoloji veya Tıp Ödülünü James W. Black ve Gertrude Elion ile birlikte "ilaç tedavisine ilişkin önemli ilkeleri keşifleri için" kazanmıştır.^[1] Hitchings özellikle kemoterapi çalışmalarıyla bu ödüle hak kazanmıştır.
