Hayatı

Berry, 24 Eylül 1942'de Northampton, İngiltere'de doğdu.^[4] William Patten İlköğrenimokulu ve Hackney Downs Okulu'nda eğitim gördü. 1960'ta başladığı müzik ve oyunculuk kariyerini 2025 yılındaki ölümüne kadar sürdürdü.^[1][5]

Aralarında The Rebels, Kenny Lord & The Statesmen, Joe Meek, The Stormers, Chas Hodges, The Crickets, Eden Kane, Mark Wynter, Marty Wilde, The Wildcats, The Outlaws ve The Innocents'in olduğu müzisyenlerle beraber çalıştı.^[1][5]

En çok; Drift Away (1972), The Rocker (1977), Still Rockin (1987), Rock'N'Roll Daze ve About Time Too! (2005) adlı müzik albümleriyle öne çıktı.^{[4][6][7] [8][8][6][9]}

Aynı zamanda; Worzel Gummidge,^[6] Are You Being Served? ve Julie and the Cadillacs gibi yapımlarda oyuncu olarak yer aldı.^[10]

Erkek kardeşi sanatçı, oyuncu ve aktivist Bette Bourne'yi 2024 yılında kaybeden Berry'de 11 Nisan 2025'te Kingston upon Thames, İngiltere'de doğal nedenlerden 82 yaşında öldü.^[11][12]
