Nippon Ichi Software, Inc. (Japonca: 日本一ソフトウェア, Nippon Ichi Sofutowea) Japonya merkezli bir video oyunu şirketidir. Şirket Eylül 1991 tarihinde kurulmuş olup özellikle Disgaea serisi oyunları ile bilinmektedir. Yakın bir tarihte, özellikle Kuzey Amerika şubesi NIS America aracılığıyla anime başlıkları yayınlamıştır. Şirketin merkezi Kakamigahara kentinde yer almaktadır.
