Список вимерлих китоподібних включає вимерлі роди і види китоподібних. Китоподібні (кити, дельфіни та морські свині) є нащадками наземних парнокопитних ссавців. Найдавніші китоподібні все ще були копитними ссавцями. Ці ранні китоподібні ставали поступово більше пристосованими для плавання, ніж для прогулянок по суші, і нарешті, перетворившись на повністю морських китоподібних.
Наразі цей список включає лише викопні роди та види. Однак атлантична популяція сірих китів (Eschrichtius robustus) вимерла в 18 столітті, а дельфін озерний (або китайський річковий дельфін, Lipotes vexillifer) був оголошений вимерлим після того, як експедиція в кінці 2006 року не змогла знайти жодного в річці Янцзи.
