北爱尔兰司法院

北爱尔兰司法院（英语：Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland）由《1978年司法院（北爱尔兰）法令》^[1]（Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978）组织，是由北爱尔兰各高级法院组成的集体机构，由以下法院组成：^[2]

• 北爱尔兰上诉法院（Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland）^[3]
• 北爱尔兰高等法院（High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland）^[3]
• 皇室法庭（Crown Court）

在2009年10月1日之前，司法院的正式名称为最高司法院（Supreme Court of Judicature）。2009年10月1日，当《2005年宪制改革法令（英语：Constitutional Reform Act 2005）》关于设立英国最高法院（Supreme Court of the United Kingdom）的条文生效时，最高司法院的名称删去“最高”（Supreme）一词^[4]。
