咽喉反流

咽喉反流（Laryngopharyngeal reflux，缩写 LPR）^[1][2]，又称为喉咽回流、咽喉逆流症、咽喉胃酸逆流、胃食管外反流疾病（extraesophageal reflux disease，缩写 EERD）^[3]，是指胃酸逆行流到上呼吸消化道的现象，如此现象会导致多种症状，如咳嗽、声音嘶哑和喘息，等等症状。咽喉反流为哮喘的相关的合并症。^[4]

虽然胃灼热是人们胃食管反流病（GERD）的主要症状，然而胃灼热存在的患者之 LPR 少于50％。用来描述这种情况的其他术语包括“非典型回流”、^[5]沉默回流，^[6]以及“上食道回流”。^[7]
