拉尔斯·克拉雷斯科

拉尔斯·克拉雷斯科（瑞典语：Lars Klareskog，1945年—）是一名瑞典医生、免疫学家及风湿病学家，以研究类风湿性关节炎等自体免疫性疾病的遗传学而知名。

克拉雷斯科于1974年取得乌普萨拉大学医学学位，并于1978年以论文《HLA-DR与Ia抗原的结构、功能及组织分布研究》获得博士学位。1990年至1993年，他担任乌普萨拉大学临床免疫学教授。其后于卡罗林斯卡学院及卡罗林斯卡诊所担任风湿病学教授直至2012年，并领导风湿病诊所及研究团队。2008年起，他同时担任分子医学中心主任。

2000年代中期，他与研究团队发现，对于近期发病的类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者而言，既往吸烟史与抗α-氨基酸瓜氨酸抗体的产生呈剂量依赖性关联。HLA-DR（英语：HLA-DR）共同表位（SE）基因的存在是伴随抗瓜氨酸抗体的RA风险因子，但对未伴随抗瓜氨酸抗体的RA则无此关联。对于吸烟者而言，吸烟与HLA-DR SE基因在抗瓜氨酸阳性RA中存在显著交互作用，但在抗瓜氨酸阴性RA中则无此现象^[1]。

他曾担任哈佛医学院、伦敦帝国学院（肯尼迪风湿病研究所）、康乃尔大学特殊外科医院、西雅图、利兹及丹佛（科罗拉多大学）的客座教授与访问学者。

2013年，他与罗伯特·J·温彻斯特及彼得·K·格雷格森因多关节炎研究共同荣获克拉福德奖^[2]。

1995年至2012年间，他担任诺贝尔委员会成员。
