模拟法庭（Moot court）在许多国家是许多法学院的一项课外活动，或是法学院课程的一部分。参与者参加模拟法庭、或仲裁程序，通常涉及起草备忘章程、或备忘录，并参与口头辩论。在大多数国家，"模拟法庭"(moot court)这一短语可能缩短为"模拟"(moot)或"模仿"(mooting)。 参与者要么被称为"模拟辩论参与者"(mooters)，要么被称为"模拟参与者"(mooties)。
