葡糖杆菌属

葡糖杆菌属（学名：Gluconobacter）为红螺菌目醋酸菌科的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。细胞椭圆到杆状。该属可出现在花、园土、啤酒酵母、果实、蜜蜂、葡萄酒、苹果酒、啤酒、南非班图酒、酒醋、软饮料中。有的菌株或许能引起菠萝病害和苹果及梨的腐烂，但这些菌株的鉴定有疑问。葡糖杆菌出现在富糖环境中，而醋杆菌不同，醋杆菌通常出现在富醇的环境中。此属的模式种为氧化葡糖杆菌(Gluconobacter oxydans)。
