霍爾德法斯特灣市政局（英語：City of Holdfast Bay Council）是霍爾德法斯特灣市的市政機關，成立於1997年1月1日，由己連拿奴市（英語：City of Glenelg）及寶來頓市（英語：City of Brighton, South Australia）的市政局合併而成。因此，市政局設有兩個辦公室，一個位於歌利台的己連拿奴圖書館，另一個則位於寶來頓。

目前市政局有一名市長及十二位議員。議員分別來自四個選區（Ward），每選區有三位議員。^[3]
