劉方仁（1936年1月—），男，陝西武功人，中華人民共和國政治人物，曾任江西省政協主席、中共貴州省委書記，因受賄罪被判處無期徒刑。
生平
劉方仁畢業於瀋陽建築材料工業學院，曾在解放軍總後勤部軍需生產部西安603工廠、3525工廠、5727工廠工作。1983年，升任中共江西省九江市委書記，隨後升任中共江西省委副書記。1993年，擔任江西省政協主席。1993年，升任中共貴州省委書記。1998年，改任貴州省人大常委會主任、兼中共貴州省委書記[1]。隨後因涉嫌受賄犯罪被逮捕，2004年，北京市第二中級人民法院判處其無期徒刑[2][3]。
