萊迪希細胞（英語：Leydig cell）又稱睪丸間質細胞（英語：interstitial cells of the testes），是位於睪丸生精小管外側的細胞，它在黃體生成素（LH）的幫助下可以產生睪酮[1][2]。萊迪希細胞體積較大，呈圓形或多邊形[3]，並且具有大而突出的細胞核、嗜酸性的細胞質和許多充滿脂質的囊泡[4]。
