H·R·麥馬斯特

赫伯特·雷蒙德·「H·R」·麥馬斯特（英語：Herbert Raymond "H. R." McMaster，1962年7月24日—），美國陸軍中將、無黨籍政治人物，畢業於美國北卡羅萊納大學歷史系博士，曾任美國總統唐納·川普的國家安全顧問，退伍前曾任陸軍能力綜合中心（英語：United States Army Capabilities Integration Center）主任、美國陸軍訓練和作戰指揮部副指揮官，著有《全球戰場：美國如何擺脫戰略自戀，面對全球七大安全挑戰？》與《玩忽職守：林登·詹森、羅伯特·麥納馬拉、參謀長聯席會議及那些導致出兵越南的謊言》等書。
