OK Go

音樂歷程

OK Go樂隊主唱Damian Kulash（英語：Damian Kulash）和貝司手Tim Nordwind（英語：Tim Nordwind）11歲時在音特洛澄藝術學院認識。樂隊的名字來自於當他們畫畫時，藝術老師啟發他們說「OK...Go!」 在高中，OK Go樂隊的前吉他手和鍵盤手Andy Duncan（英語：Andy Duncan (musician)）加入；大學期間，Dan Konopka加入樂隊。

在2002年，OK Go樂隊出第一張專輯OK Go（英語：OK Go (album)），專輯歌曲Get Over It（英語：Get Over It (OK Go song)）排在2003年3月16日，英國單曲榜的第21位。

在2004年秋天，OK Go樂隊的第二章專輯Oh No（英語：Oh No）在瑞典馬爾摩市由Tore Johansson（英語：Tore Johansson）錄製。在2005年專輯錄製後，Andy Duncan（英語：Andy Duncan (musician)）離開樂隊，被Andy Ross（英語：Andy Ross）取代。2005年8月，發行Oh No（英語：Oh No）專輯。

在2008年10月12日，OK Go樂隊宣布他們已經完成第三張專輯Of the Blue Colour of the Sky（英語：Of the Blue Colour of the Sky）。 ^[1] 第一單曲WTF?（英語：WTF? (song)）在2010年1月8日發行。OK Go樂隊在與柯南奧布萊恩今夜秀（英語：The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien）上，表演了Of the Blue Colour of the Sky（英語：Of the Blue Colour of the Sky）專輯的歌曲This Too Shall Pass（英語：This Too Shall Pass (OK Go song)）. 亞當·薩多斯基製作了他們這首歌配合著魯賓·戈德堡裝置的音樂視頻。^[2]

2014年，OK Go的《I Won't Let You Down》音樂影片在日本千葉長柄町長木驛站購物中心拍攝，並邀請了日本電音組合Perfume客串出演，同時樂隊成員更與2328名舞蹈員一同手持顏色傘子乘坐本田UNI-CUB β電動載具，在空地上跟隨音樂節奏移動，從而排列出由複雜行列組成的像素畫^[3]，呈現如LED跑馬燈看板般的效果，獲評意念創新^[4]。
