2022年2月4日，官方確認文彬&尹產賀將於三月回歸[2][3]，並宣布於2月11日發行先行曲〈Ghost Town〉。
2月16日，官方宣布文彬&尹產賀將於3月15日以迷你二輯《REFUGE》回歸[4]，2月17日，公布預告時間表[5]，2月18日，公開專輯曲目表[6]，2月21日，釋出專輯預覽圖並於2月22日開放預購[7]。
2月23日、25日及28日，公開THE EAST版概念照[8][9][10]，3月2日、4日及7日，公開THE WEST版概念照[11][12][13]。
3月9日，釋出專輯音源試聽[14]，3月11日及14日，分別釋出主打曲〈WHO〉的兩支M/V預告片[15][16]。
3月15日下午6時，公開主打曲〈WHO〉音樂錄影帶，正式發行迷你二輯《REFUGE》，下午7時，舉行回歸SHOWCASE[17]。
