音訊工程師（英文：Audio engineer）係指工作涉獵到錄音（recording）、調整（manipulation）、混音（mixing）同埋聲音再製（reproduction of sound）嘅人。好多音訊工程師創造性嘅運用科技嚟幫電影、無線電、電視、音樂、電子產品同電腦遊戲創作聲音^[1]。
