Seriate (Italian pronunciation: [seˈrjaːte][3] Bergamasque: Seriàt [seˈrjaːt][3] ) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northeast of Milan and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) southeast of Bergamo. As of 31 August 2020, it had a population of 25,200[4] and an area of 12.4 square kilometres (4.8 sq mi).[5]
