Scuol (; dütsch Schuls) isch a politischi Gmaind i da Region Engiadina Bassa/Val Müstair im Kanton Graubünda.

D Gmaind Scuol ligt im untara Engadin und wird vom Inn durflossa. Si bestoot us da Frakziona (Dörfer) Ardez, Ftan, Guarda, Scuol, Sent und Tarasp. D Nochbergmainda sind im Süda Val Müstair, im Weschta Zernez und im Nordoschta Valsot. Im Norda gränzt si a Gaschurn im Vorarlbärg und a Galtür im Tirol. Im Oschta sind Graun im Vinschgau, Mals und Taufers im Münstertal d Nochbergmainda im Südtirol. Scuol isch, sit da Fusion Aafangs 2015, mit 438 km² um 8 km² grösser als Glarus Süd und drum di flächemässig gröschti Gmaind vo da Schwiz. Mit öpa 4'600 Iiwohner isch si zuglich di gröschti bündnerromanisch Gmaind überhaupt.
Im Gmaindsgebiet sind es paar Sitetääler vom Engadin: s Val Tuoi, s Val Tasna, s Val Sampuoir, s Val Plauna, s Val S-charl und s Val d’Uina. S obere Val Mingèr liit im Schwizerische Nazionalpark. Aafangs 2013 hät a Projektgruppa under da Laitig vom Christian Fanzun, Gmaindspräsident vo Tarasp, aagfanga sich z beschäftiga mit ara möglicha Fusion vo da sächs Gmainda Ardez, Ftan, Guarda, Scuol, Sent und Tarasp. Die Gmaindsfusion im Unterengadin isch umstritte gsi. Z Sent hät sich d Oppositionsgruppe «Sent forever» formiert, wo gege d Fusionsplän gsi isch.[4] Ende März 2014 händ d Stimmbürger vo da sächs beträffenda Gmainda da Fusion per 1. Jänner 2015 denn doch zuegstimmt. Am wenigschta Zuestimmig, 60 %, häts z Tarasp gee, am maischta, mit 93 %, z Guarda. Bi da anderna Gmainde gseets so us; Sent me als 71 %, Ardez 76 %, Ftan 82 % und Scuol 84 %.[5] Da Bündner Grossi Root hät am 10. Dezember 2014 dära Fusion zuegstumma und an Förderbitrag vo zäh Millione Franke als Understützig gsprocha.[6]
Am 1. Januar 2015 hät da partailos Christian Fanzun, wo Endi Augschta 2014 gwählt worda isch und us Tarasp kunnt, s Amt vom Gmaindspresident aaträtta.[7]
