Арогала (літ.: Ariogala, традыцыйная беларуская назва — Эйраго́ла) — горад у цэнтральнай Літве. Горад знаходзіцца ў Расяйнейскім раёне Каўнаскага павета, за 31 км ад Расяйнея і за 46 км ад Кедайнея. Праз Арогалу цячэ рака Дубіса, прыток Нёмана. Горад адносіцца да этнаграфічнага рэгіёна Жамойць. Насельніцтва складае каля 3,6 тыс. чалавек.

Першыя згадкі аб паселішчы адносяцца да 1253 года. Калі тут з’явіўся драўляны добра ўмацаваны замак. Тут жыў літоўскі князь Будзівід і нарадзіўся яго сын Віцень. Некаторы час тут жыў і Гедзімін. Некалькі разоў замак атакавалі крыжакі, але ўзяць яго змаглі толькі ў 1382 годзе.
Эйрагола была сталіцай аднаго з паветаў Жамойцкага староства, належала да каронных земляў вялікіх князёў Літоўскіх. Станіслаў Аўгуст Панятоўскі ў 1792 годзе надаў гораду Магдэбургскае права. У 1795 годзе горад трапіў у склад Расійскай імперыі.
У 1919 годзе Арогала апынулася ў складзе Літоўскай рэспублікі, а ў 1939 годзе ў СССР. З 1991 года горад зноў увайшоў у склад Літвы.
