Зялёна Гура[2] (польск.: Zielona Góra, нямецкая назва Grunberg in Schlesien) — горад на правах павета ў Польшчы, адзін з двух адміністрацыйных цэнтраў Любушскага ваяводства. Адлегласць па прамой паміж гарадамі Зялёна Гура — Мінск 819 км, да Варшавы — 376 км[3].

Насельніцтва — 118 533 жыхароў (2014 год)[4].
У XIII стагоддзі ўмацаванае паселішча на скрыжаванні гандлёвых шляхоў. Гарадскія правы з 1323 года (нямецкая назва Грунберг). З 1331 васал Чэхіі. З 1490 належала польскім каралям. З 1506 года ў складзе Чэхіі. У XV—XVI стагоддзях хутка развівалася эканоміка горада (сукнаробства, вінаградарства, вінаробства), існавалі манетны двор і вадаправод. З 1742 года ў складзе Прускай дзяржавы, вялася планамерная германізацыя. З 1945 года ў складзе Польшчы пад сучаснай назвай, у 1950—1998 гадах цэнтр ваяводства.
