Streptophyta

Streptophyta, nefirmalno streptofite (from the grč. strepto = uvrnuto, kao morfologija sperme nekih predstavnika), je botanički kladus . Sastav kladusa se znatno razlikuje, zavisno od autora, ali sadašnja definicija uključuje kopnene biljke i sve zelene alge osim Chlorophyta i možda još baznijih Mesostigmatophyceae, Chlorokybophyceae i Spirotaenia.^[2]

Klasifikacije

Sastav Streptophyta i sličnih skupina (Streptophytina, Charophyta) varira u svakoj klasifikaciji.^{[3][nedostaje referenca]} Neki autori su restriktivniji, uključujući samo Charales i Embryophyta (npr. Streptophyta Jeffrey 1967; Adl et al. 2012 , Streptophytina Lewis & McCourt 2004 ), drugi uključuju više grupa (npr. Charophyta Lewis & McCourt 2004; Karol i sur. 2009; Adl i dr. 2012 , Streptophyta Bremer, 1985; de Reviers 2002; Leliaert i dr. 2012 , Streptobionta Kenrick & Crane 1997 ; neki autori koriste ovu širu definiciju, ali isključuju Embryophyta, npr., Charophyta Cavalier-Smith 1993;^[4] Leliaert i dr. 2012 , Charophyceae Mattox & Stewart, 1984 , Streptophycophytes de Reviers, 2002 ).

Ove ranije klasifikacije nisu uzele u obzir da su se Coleochaetophyceae i Zygnemophyceae pojavile u kladusu Charophyceae + Embryophyta, rezultirajući nomenklaturom sinonimne grupe Phragmoplastophyta i Streptophytina / Streptophyta sensu stricto (Adl 2012).^[5]

Najpotpunija genetička analiza, tj. multigenetička analiza rRNK 18S sekvence plastida, mitohondrija, introna i genoma, daju slične rezultate:^[6]
