Demitz-Thumitz (German) or Zemicy-Tumicy (Upper Sorbian, pronounced [ˈzɛmʲitsɨ ˈtumʲitsɨ]) is a municipality in the east of Saxony, Germany. It belongs to the district of Bautzen.
