Dmytro Tyshlek (Ukrainian: Дмитро Петрович Тишлек) is a Ukrainian pro-Russian[1] police officer. He is the Deputy Chief of the National Police of Ukraine.

He is married to a Russian citizen, Oleksandra Balakai, and she and her mother have visited the Russian-occupied Crimea.[2]
He is the subject of a Bihus.Info investigation, according to which Tyshlek's wife has not yet renounced her Russian citizenship, and he himself has ties to the Russian mafia.[3] On 28 October 2023, he was suspended from his duties until the investigation was completed.[4]
