Fazelabad (Persian: فاضل آباد)[lower-alpha 1] is a city in Kamalan District of Aliabad County, Golestan province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Estarabad Rural District.[4] The people of Fazelabad speak a dialect of Mazanderani language called Katoli.[5]
