Hafteh (Persian: هفته); also known as Hafta,[3] was a village in Qarah Kahriz Rural District of the Central District of Shazand County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,681 in 691 households.[2] Hafteh was not listed in the following census of 2011. The rural district had been transferred to the newly established Qarah Kahriz District.[4]
In July 2013, Hafteh and the village of Bazneh were merged to become the city of Shahbaz.[5]
