Mithinga Daimary (alias Deepak Das) (Assamese: মিথিংগা দৈমাৰী) was the Central Publicity Secretary of the banned outfit ULFA[1][2][3] since the previous publicity secretary Siddhartha Phukan's surrender in 1992.
