Petrovsk (Russian: Петро́вск) is a town in Saratov Oblast, Russia, located on the Medveditsa River (left tributary of the Don) 104 kilometers (65 mi) northwest of Saratov, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 31,160 (2010 Russian census);[2] 33,956 (2002 Census);[9] 34,778 (1989 Soviet census).[10]
