Sovetskaya Gavan (Russian: Сове́тская Га́вань, lit. 'Soviet harbor') is a town in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia, and a port on the Strait of Tartary which connects the Sea of Okhotsk in the north with the Sea of Japan in the south.
