The 2017 Malaysia Super League (Malay: Liga Super Malaysia 2017) was the 14th season of the Malaysia Super League, the top-tier professional football league in Malaysia.[1]
The season began on 20 January and concluded on 28 October 2017.[1]
The defending champions were Johor Darul Ta'zim and retained the title from the previous season.

Later, upon careful consideration of the aforementioned appeals, Football Malaysia have decided to lift the transfer ban and reduce the deduction of 6 points to 3 points for T-Team.
