Bikram Kumar Panda

Bikram Kumar Panda^{[1] [2]} is an Indian politician and a member of the sixteenth Odisha Legislative Assembly representing the Berhampur Vidhan Sabha constituency.^[3][4][5] He is a member of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) party.^{[citation needed]}
