Coby Sey

Coby Sey is a British musician, songwriter, artist, vocalist and NTS Radio host, born and based in Lewisham, South East London.[1][2] He has worked with musicians Tirzah,[3][4] Mica Levi,[4] DELS,[5] Kwes,[6] Laurel Halo,[7] Klein,[8] Lafawndah[9][10] and London Contemporary Orchestra,[11] artists Hannah Perry and Maëva Berthelot[12] and has remixed Kelly Lee Owens,[4] Max de Wardener[13] and Leifur James. In 2019 he had a featured session on BBC Radio 3 Late Junction in an improvised collaboration with PAN affiliated artist Pan Daijing.[14] Sey is also a founder and member of a collective named CURL[15] with Mica Levi & Brother May, and is one third of a project/band named GAISTER with Olivia Salvadori and Bo Ningen's Akihide Monna. Sey released his debut album, Conduit, on 9 September 2022 on AD 93 to critical acclaim.[16][17][18]
