The Hepburn Ministry was the combined cabinet (formally the Executive Council of Ontario) that governed Ontario from June 10, 1934, to October 21, 1942. It was led by the 11th Premier of Ontario, Mitch Hepburn. The ministry was made up of members of the Liberal Party of Ontario, which commanded a majority of the seats in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.

The ministry replaced the Henry ministry following the resignation of Premier George Stewart Henry. The Hepburn ministry governed through the 19th Parliament of Ontario, and the first half of the 20th Parliament of Ontario.
Henry resigned in 1942, though he continued serving in his successor and ministry colleague Gordon Conant's cabinet as Treasurer.
