Jackson Lam Weiliang[a] (born 8 January 1985) is a Singaporean politician who was elected a Member of Parliament in the 2025 general election. He represents Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency as a member of the People's Action Party.[2]

Education and career

Lam graduated with an Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Bedfordshire in 2013.[3] Lam is also the treasurer in the Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation.

Political career

Lam has been a party activist of the PAP in Chong Pang since 2013 and Lam served as Branch Secretary since 2019. In October 2023, Lam was appointed as Hougang Branch Chairman replacing Lee Hong Chuang and served until February 2025 when he was replaced by Marshall Lim.[4][5][6][7] In March 2025, he was spotted with K. Shanmugam in Nee Soon GRC[8] and on nomination day, Lam was part of Shanmugam's Nee Soon team.[9][10][11] He was elected into Parliament with 73.81% of the vote against the RDU team led by Ravi Philemon.[12][13]
