Olga Bay Seaplane Base (IATA: KOY[2], FAA LID: KOY[3]) is a public use seaplane base located in Olga Bay, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska.[1] It is privately owned by the Alaska Packers Association.[1]
Scheduled passenger service to Kodiak, Alaska, is subsidized by the United States Department of Transportation via the Essential Air Service program.
