From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Remove ads
Tetrahydropyridinylindoles are a group of chemical compounds related to the tryptamines. Some of them, such as RS134-49 and RU-28253, are cyclized tryptamines, whereas others, such as EMD-386088, RU-24969, and LY-367,265, are not technically tryptamines but are closely related. These and other tetrahydropyridinylindoles are known to act as serotonin receptor modulators.[1][2][3][4][5]
