Yumin County as the official romanized name, also transliterated from Mongolian as Qagantokay County, is a county situated in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is under the administration of the Tacheng Prefecture, bordering Kazakhstan's regions of East Kazakhstan and Almaty.
