Tiit Matsulevitš (sündinud 27. septembril 1958 Tallinnas) on Eesti ajakirjanik, diplomaat ja poliitik.
Ta on lõpetanud 1977. aastal Tallinna 42. Keskkooli ja 1982. aastal Tartu Riikliku Ülikooli ajakirjanduse erialal.
Aastatel 1982–1991 oli Tartu Ülikoolis ajakirjanduskateedri õppejõud ja 1988–1991 Tartu Ülikooli teabetalituse juhataja.
Ta on üks Ühenduse Res Publica üks asutajaid[viide?].
Ta on olnud Eesti Vabariigi suursaadik Saksamaal (1991–1996), Ukrainas (1996–1999), Moldovas (1998–2001)[1] ja Venemaal (1999–2001). Ta oli Eesti esimene suursaadik Püha Tooli juures (1993–1996, resideeris Bonnis)[2], kes on paavstiga isiklikult kohtunud[3].
2003–2007 oli X Riigikogu liige, kuulus Res Publica fraktsiooni.
Ta kandideeris 2023. aasta valimistel Riigikokku, kogus valimisringkonnas nr 2 (Tallinna Kesklinna, Lasnamäe ja Pirita linnaosad) 50 häält ning ei osutunud valituks.
