Elämäntarina

9th Wonder aloitti uransa tekemällä sample-pohjaisia hiphop-taustoja North Carolinan yliopiston taukohuoneesta käyttäen musiikkiohjelmaa nimeltä FL Studio. Tämän jälkeen hänestä on tullut yksi amerikkalaisen hiphopin (varsinkin itärannikon) kuuluisimpia tuottajia. Nousevana tuottajana hän teki kokonaisen remix-albumin Nasin God's Sonista.

9th Wonder käyttää biiteissään yleensä vanhoja soul-sampleja (muun muassa Al Green ja Curtis Mayfield).
