Ախշտիր (ռուս.՝ Ахштырь), գյուղ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի Մեծ Սոչիի Ադլերի շրջանում։ Գտնվում է Ադլեր շրջկենտրոնից 13 կմ հյուսիս-արևելք, իսկ Սոչիի կենտրոնից 24 կմ արևելք, ծովի մակարդակից 140 մ բարձրության վրա։

1968 թվականին գյուղն ուներ 325 բնակիչ, հիմնականում հայեր և ռուսներ։ 2002 թվականին այնտեղ ապրում էր 161 մարդ, 2008 թվականին՝ 155 մարդ (60 տուն)։ Ըստ 2010 թվականի տվյալների, գյուղն ուներ 168 բնակիչ[3]
Խորհրդային տարիներին բնակիչներն զբաղվում էին թեյի, ծխախոտի և կանեփի մշակությամբ, ինչպես նաև անասնապահությամբ։ Այն կաթնաբանջարաբուծական տնտեսություն էր։ Գյուղում կար ակումբ, բուժկայան, թռչնաբուծական ֆաբրիկա, փայտամշակման գործարան։
Գյուղը հիմնադրվել է 20 ռուս ընտանիքների կողմից` 1869 թվականին։ Պահպանվել են ուղղափառ եկեղեցու ավերակները։ Հայերը եկել են Ջանիկից (Համշեն) և Սամսունի շրջակայքի գյուղերից` 1890-ական թվականներին։
Գյուղի տեսարժան վայրերից է Ախշտիրի քարանձավը, որը բացվել է 1903 թվականին, ֆրանսիացի աշխարհագրագետ և քարտեզագիր Էդուարդ Ալֆրեդ Մարտելի կողմից։
