Immortalized è il sesto album in studio del gruppo heavy metal statunitense Disturbed, pubblicato il 21 agosto 2015. L'album segna la reunion del gruppo dopo quattro anni ed è il primo album della band in cui non partecipa il bassista John Moyer.

Il 26 settembre 2016 l'album riceve la certificazione come disco d'oro negli Stati Uniti.^[8] Il 25 gennaio 2017 l'album aveva venduto circa 561.000 copie negli Stati Uniti. Il 25 gennaio 2018, Immortalized è stato certificato disco di platino dalla RIAA negli Stati Uniti, con oltre 1.000.000 di copie venute.
