Mesavouno (grieķu: Μέσα Βουνό) ir kalns Grieķijā. Tas atrodas Dienvidegejas salu rajonā, valsts dienvidaustrumu daļā, 240 km uz dienvidaustrumiem no Atēnām, Santorīnas salā, tās dienvidaustrumu galā. Mesavouno virsotne atrodas 366 metrus virs jūras līmeņa.
9. gadsimtā pr.Kr. kalna virsotnē dorieši dibināja pilsētu Tēru, kas bija apdzīvota līdz agrajam Bizantijas laikam. Mūsdienās kalna pakājē, ziemeļu pusē atrodas Kamari ciems, bet dienvidu pusē Perissa. Salas administratīvais centrs, Tira atrodas 7,5 km uz ziemeļrietumiem no Mesavouno.
Senāk šo kalnu sauca par Agios Stefansa kalnu, jo uz tā atradās pirmkristiešu Svētā Stefana baznīca, bet Mesavouno saucās sedliene, kas savieno Agios Stefansa kalnu ar blakus esošo Pravieša Elijas kalnu, un kas mūsdienās saucas Sellada.
Atšķirībā no pārējiem Santorīnas efuzīvajiem (vulkāniskajiem) iežiem Mesavouno (kopā ar Pravieša Elijas kalnu) veido pirmsvulkānisko pamatni. Nodalīta ar lielu atslāņojumu sistēmu Mesavouno sastāv no pantokratora fācijas metamorfizētiem karbonātiem, kas satur lielas, labi saglabājušās augšējā triasa megalodonu fosilijas.[1]
Klimats šajā rajonā ir mērens. Vidējā gada temperatūra šeit sastāda +21°С. Pats siltākais mēnesis ir augusts ar vidējo temperatūru +30°С, bet aukstākais — janvāris (+11°С). Vidējais gada nokrišņu daudzums sastāda 619 mm. Mitrākais mēnesis ir decembris, kad izkrīt 175 mm nokrišņu, bet sausākais — jūlijs ar 1 mm nokrišņu.
