സോൾകെറ്റൽ

ഐസൊപ്രൊപിലിഡിൻ അസറ്റൽ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് രണ്ട് സമീപമുള്ള ഹൈഡ്രോക്സൈൽ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളുമായി ചേരുന്ന ഗ്ലിസറോളിന്റെ ഒരു സംരക്ഷിതമായ രൂപമാണ് സോൾകെറ്റൽ. സോൾകെറ്റൽ ഗ്ലിസറോൺ നട്ടെല്ലിലെ കേന്ദ്ര കാർബണിൽ ഒരു ചിറൽ കേന്ദ്രം ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നു. എസ്റ്റർ ബാൻഡ് രൂപീകരണത്തിലൂടെ മോണോ, ഡൈ, ട്രൈഗ്ലിസറൈഡുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ സമന്വയത്തിൽ സോൾകെറ്റൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
