യിത്സാക് റാബിൻ

ഒരു ഇസ്രായേലി രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരനും, ജനപ്രതിനിധിയും ജനറലും ആയിരുന്നു യിത്സാക് റാബിൻ (/rəˈbiːn/;^[1] ഹീബ്രു: יִצְחָק רַבִּין‎, Hebrew IPA: [jitsˈχak ʁaˈbin];1 മാർച്ച് 1922 - 4 നവംബർ 1995) ഇസ്രയേലിന്റെ അഞ്ചാമത്തെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം, 1995-ൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെടുന്നതുവരെ 1974-77, 1992 എന്നീ വർഷങ്ങളിലെ ഓഫീസുകളിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു. ഒരു സിയോണിസ്റ്റ് നേതാവായ യിത്സാക് റാബിൻറെ പേരിൽ വർഷംതോറും ചെഷ്വാൻ എന്ന പന്ത്രണ്ടാമത്തെ ഹീബ്രു മാസത്തിൽ ഒരു ഇസ്രയേൽ ദേശീയ അവധിയായി റാബിൻ ദിനം ആഘോഷിച്ചുവരുന്നു.^[2]
