Billy Ray Cyrus (lahir 25 Ogos 1961)[1] ialah seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu dan pelakon Amerika Syarikat.[2][3][4] Beliau mengkhusus dalam genre muzik country di mana beliau telah menerbitkan 16 album studio dan 53 single sejak 1992, dan terkenal dengan single nombor satu beliau "Achy Breaky Heart", yang menjadi single pertama yang tidak sahaja terlaris malah mencapai platinum triple di Australia;[5][6] lagu ini turut memasyhurkan tarian line-dancing.[7][8][9][10]

Beliau telah menghasilkan 36 single tercarta di mana 17 daripada ia pernah masuk tempat 40 tertinggi. Beliau menjadi terkenal semula dengan kolaborasinya bersama penyanyi rap Lil Nas X dalam lagu "Old Town Road" mencecah tempat tertinggi Billboard Hot 100 selama 20 minggu berturut-turut,[11][12][13] beliau turut memenangi dua Anugerah Grammy kategori-kategori Persembahan Duo Pop terbaik dan Muzik Video Terbaik hasil penglibatan tersebut.[14]

Beliau bapa kepada Miley Cyrus dan Noah Lindsey Cyrus hasil hubungan sedudukan beliau dengan kekasihnya Leticia "Tish" Finley sebelum mereka berdua kahwin tahun 1993.[15][16]
